Setting & neighbourhood

Riverdeen's four complexes are strategically located throughout central Gisborne. Riverdeen Park, the original 1985 complex, sits elevated above the Taruheru River near the Botanical Gardens. Cobden Court, a quiet four-unit complex built in 1990, is set back from the road opposite Pak'n Save supermarket. Victoria Court (1992) offers six units less than 1km from the city centre and town beach. Camellia Court's nine units are centrally positioned next to the Kahutia Bowling Club with easy supermarket access. Palm Gardens, the largest complex with 29 units, spans a central block near the Botanical Gardens and city centre. All locations prioritise walkability and proximity to essential services.
